I recently got my own plan after splitting off of my grandparents. I chose the 90 dollar plan for the unlimited data and some Hotspot. I was told my first payment would be larger, and it was about 129. The problem is, my 2nd payment was the same, the higher first payment stuck around for the 2nd. Now my 3rd payment is ready and it's actually gone up. Why is the higher first bill actually the baseline?
