I went to pay my bill online like i have been for the past 2 years and this "thing" pops up and tells me that "i do not qualify to pay my bill with direct debit via online" that i must now pay by credit card???? huh? what? excuse me??? why? what's the problem and of course calling and getting NOBODY in customer service doesn't help the matter, but whatever!!!!
