Payment Due Date Changed Without Notice

The payment due date for Fios internet and home phone has been the 11th of each month for years. Starting in February 2025, it changed to the 6th. In March it changed to the 9th. In April it was the 6th, May the 7th, and June the 6th. There was no notice that this change would occur.
I called support for an explanation. The representative verified the information, had no explanation, and promised a callback which was never received.
I would like the payment due date returned to the 11th of each month. Who should I contact?

That's odd. I did find on the Verizon website that in order to change your billing date, you login to My Verizon > Bill > Manage Auto Pay > Manage. Then follow the instructions to change your billing date.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

You're welcome. I don't know why your billing date is now floating around by a few days each month then. Unless this is like what some other utility companies are doing - my electricity, water, and natural gas bills come out at a little different time each month; it's always within a few days of the month when the previous bill was issued for the month before.
