Payment Reversal

I was happened to be charged my phone bill of $159.10 twice on 08/18/2023 which is fine (not really). Anyway, I contacted support like one should do and I got a sweet agent that helped me and after everything was figured out she told me it would take 3-4 days. I also scheduled a call just to confirm because I just wanted to double check everything and the agent over the phone told me 10 business days but then changed it to 3-4 business days so now I was stuck. It now being now 08/25/2023, I checked on an update of how this  request was going and I got a rude agent and I won't even mention her name because they should know better. Well in the process of looking for an update she rudely told me it 3-4 business days and not 3-4 days and that I need to just wait. Which for one, I'm aware it's business days that's how everything works. Secondly, don't tell me to just wait when my money is involved and was taken twice. I am just asking for a simple update on my request and to make matters worse she asked me if I needed anything else so I didn't have to contact them again. It's not truly an issue but to be snotty to someone asking for help is ridiculous behavior and if you hate your job just say that...
