I fell behind on my payments due to well..Life.
I contacted Verizon on Saturday, October 12 where I was given a payment arrangement and was assured that my services would not be terminated.
Monday, October 14 I received a text Message that implied my service was going to be interrupted so I contacted Verizon again who assured me that this was not the case and the payment arrangement has been scheduled and I took screenshots of the conversation because something didn’t seem right.. imagine my surprise when my phone is shut off you can’t contact anybody so I reached out to the social media on Facebook. Jennifer was very helpful saw that there was a payment arrangement and was helping me over the past six hours until I had a customer service supervisor scolded me. I cannot make this up.
A representative reached out to me via Facebook tonight pretty much told me tough. He also told me that I am not allowed to speak to corporate or anyone in corporate….Nice! He also told me that I actually had to pay the entire amount now or else my service will not be restored. The only reason I want to speak to corporate besides filing a complaint is I wanted to have one person I could be in contact with instead of getting switched back-and-forth,. Verizon went anvice and beyond to show your customers you could care less.
