Payment arrangement

I am a 30 + year customer, I had a payment arrangement for my account and they still suspended my service, Verizon is not here for their customers that may needed some extra time to make a payment, you can never actually speak to a person, now you absolutely can’t unless you make your payment.  They certainly do not care about the consumer.  This just made my decision to leave them and go with another carrier.
