Payment arrangements

Hi, I was trying to find a different way to pay. My bill meeting is though because I set up a few payment arrangements and promises to pay, but where I live we don’t have dominant Verizon store so I had to go into like little sides… I think I should be given another chance and break up my payment and Two or three separate payments.. Or do anyone have some suggestions of Verizon? Can you help me my phones been off two weeks and I remotely use my phone.
