I’ve been trying to pay my phone bill for days now. When I click pay now it load before giving me a payment process error. I’ve tried every other option and none have worked. I dont any fees, can anyone help me?

We are concerned to learn that you are experiencing issues to process your payment and would like to help. To better assist, please tell us a little more. Are you using the mobile app or our website? Is your service residential/Fios or Mobile?
Also, if you continue having issues, you can dial *611 or #PMT, making the payment through the automated system is totally free of charge as well.

There have been a few threads all popping up in just the past few days about payment issues. Makes me wonder if the system is glitching somewhere?
Besides the options in the earlier post, you can also try the one-time bill pay site:
https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/nos/ui/payment/otp/login#/
or if all else fails, you can go to a corporate Verizon store to pay your bill in person.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
