On October 11, 2025, I placed an ONE order to transfer my lines from T-Mobile to Verizon under
The estimated monthly payment first month with an activation fee $313.54 and $330 payment immediately, which I paid.
Unfortunately, after completing this order, I encountered numerous issues: first, with delays in phone delivery, and then with activating the lines. I spent several days on the phone with customer support, often waiting for many hours, before all four lines were finally activated. However, one line is still incorrectly showing “Activation – In Progress”, even though it is fully operational.
The most disappointing part is the billing. Instead of the agreed-upon monthly payment of the first month with an activation fee $313.54, I received two separate bills — one for $143.64 and another for $556.73. And they billed me for September, although I came in mid-October; it's crazy. I'm a student, and now I don't know what to do with this. I thought I was getting better, but in the end, it was just disappointment.

Today I spoke with Amanda (Executive Office of Verizon) — she’s amazing! She helped adjust my bill. I’m very grateful, thank you so much!
