Dear Verizon community
I have a question about prepaid mobile internet
In 2019 and 2022 i bought mobile internet devices (the 2019 got called back) that so far provided me in excellent service
However, in 2023, when I visited the USA again, I wanted to get another purchase another 1 time pre paid plan, but this time the nice man at the counter couldn't finish the process with my European card nor phone number (which used to work fine from 2019-2023)
Thankfully a friend from the US came over and helped us out
So my question is, since I will visit this September: will I be able to bring my device to a location in the USA, either open a new account (in case the old one has been overwritten with info from my friend who will not be available, i can also ID myself with my passort) or use my existing account and pay with my European card
In both cases I cam provide an US address, I can't provide a US card though

PS: i tried to log into "My Verizon" via "forgot password, but always get shown a technical error at the very start of the process.
