Call your credit card or bank and do a charge back on the second payment.
paying by credit card is the easiest since the bank will refund it to your credit line immediately. However using a bank or credit union debit card evolves you filling a form at your establishment and a copy of what the screen says as a double payment.
they also will credit it back.
