Pending order - cant change or modify plan.

I would like to modify my plan and review the costs but my plan can’t be changed because it says there is a pending order, but there are no pending orders. I’ve contacted Verizon multiple times and they cannot help me at all. This forum has multiple people with the same issue. How did others resolve this issue? I have had this issue for almost a year.
