People in Building Stealing my services

I called Verizon last week because when the owner of this building (who lives upstairs) was repairing my wall by my internet, cable and phone connections I caught him changing the splitter on my service. He also cut one of my cables and changed it . He ran a cable in my apartment because the hole I had plastered up was now open again and all the plaster with the paint on it was on the floor near the hole.
When I checked outside tonight there are now two new splitters under the box under my window. One of the wires from the splitter is going upstairs to his apartment. The other splitter has a wire going to the cellar apartment. So two people in this building are stealing services from Verizon through my connectors for it.
When you try to pause something now it is as if someone is trying to unpause it. When you pause something and go inside you come back and it's not paused any more. I now have problems with my receiption and the picture turns into pixels of small boxes all the time and stops altogether at times. My internet service has gotten very slow and sometimes if I go to use my phone I now have someone's fax machine going on my line.
When I had Directv the repair man from them had found the owner had put a splitter on the roof and was stealing my services. He was here because I was beginning to have the same exact kind of problems I am having again now. The Directv repairman reported it and he removed the splitter but told me they will tap into it again. He also told me to keep my cable box in the kitchen on at all times so they cannot use my services.
Well tried keeping the cable box in the kitchen on at all times this time and find it with the channel changed or it is off.
When I called Verizon about the fact the owner is tapped into my services know what I was told???? I was informed that I would have to pay to get them off my connections and services. Now that I found out tonight that the guy in the basement is also stealing my cable, internet and phone services what do I have to do pay double to get two people off my services and have my services work right again?
Verizon does not give one darn people are stealing their services and by doing so causing my services to not work properly. What the heck kind of service do you call this? Now I know why they were charging me for 5 boxes when I have 3 and one is not even hooked up and I am only using two of them. This is not what I call good service and I cannot wait until my contract expires because I refuse to keep paying for two other people to get free service through my hook up and continually get away with it because Verizon does not care one bit. All they care about is me paying my bill on time which I always do and want me to pay to remove these people from my services.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.
Please go to your profile page here on the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.
To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
