Hello, I had my phone interrupted about 2wks ago which I got it turned right back on by paying my past due. All of my plan returned besides my Apple Music. I called constantly about it and Verizon said that they will put a ticket in. There was a total of 7 I.T. Support tickets put in about my Apple Music not working. I have the get more plan and every single perk works such as the Apple Arcade, Hulu Disney +, ESPN etc. the one that hasnโt since I paid my pass due is the Apple Music. I found out that a Verizon employee who entered the notes in Spanish from what Iโm told suspended my Apple Music even though itโs included in my plan. As other Verizon employees has tried to remove the restriction and cannot due to the way this male employee has it set up. The other Verizon employees has reached out to this employee to remove the restriction stating that he do not have a right to restrict one of my perks that is included in my plan. Iโm not sure why this man (Verizon Employee) is so curious about my phone plan, but they are charging me daily for the Get More plan, but the male Verizon Employee (supervisor) will not release the Apple Music!!!! Has anyone ever dealt with something like this before. I was instructed to reach out to the Attorney General office and the FCC to file a consumers complaint which they were closed due to Veterans DayโฆI will first thing Monday because Iโm being charged but canโt use my service in its entirety. I donโt want to describe this supervisor, but as stated he is a male, he is Spanish, and he does not understand that when you pay for a service no matter if itโs late or not as long as you are paid you canโt take someone service or some of their services after you have been paid! Verizon might want to look into this employee because Iโm sure he has done others like this. The other employees have stated that he does not have the right to take one of your perks away, that itโs not in any policy. The Verizon supervisor is overstepping his position!
