In 2014 I moved from an address where I had a Fios contract with an early termination fee of $250. The fee was supposed to be waived if I moved to a location which was not serviced by Fios. My new address was and is not serviced by Fios. The fee charged to my account was not valid and I have not paid it.
Collection agencies continue to harass me and no one will provide me with a contact method to resolve this matter. The 800 number says they cannot help me because they cannot see my account. I cannot locate an e-mail nor physical address to resolve this incorrect charge to my account.
It appears my only option is to place a complaint with the NJ division of consumer affairs at this point.

You must follow the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act located here
In essence you must contact the credit bureaus and initiate a dispute.
read the link above. However you need verifying proof of your claimed dispute.
google the addresses of the credit bureaus or go online and dispute
