Phasing out customer representatives!! Anyone tried Mint Mobile?

There's a reason Verizon makes it impossible to talk to anyone anymore. Especially people who talk to you like a human.  I called about my bill and after fighting through the automated system, the community forum AND the website I finally had someone call me.  To tell me the EXACT same thing the automated system did.  Don't pretend like your the ones doing me a favor, like you don't get my payments plus everything else made up you tack on.  Your reps can't even explain all your hidden fees and late charges.  I am so fed up with this company after 9 years, I have just watched them get more and more greedy.  Anyone tried Mint Mobile?

Mint Mobile piggybacks off of T-Mobile's network, so it all depends on how well T-Mobile works in your area.
