Every month my phone bill goes up, and it’s a 2 hour battle on the phone with someone that doesn’t speak good English, never an explanation, just a promotion or some little credit. 
I’ve been a customer for over 20 years,  if my bill goes up one more time, I’m switching carriers,  anyone else fight this battle? I’ve even switched plans, at a locked rate, seems like they don’t care , that it’s 5.00 or 10.00 extra , like you won’t notice it. This has become an absolute joke.
