It’s been 4-5 months of upgrading to new iPhone by switching to unlimited plan. I was told that my monthly plan will stay under $108 and get deals for phone upgrades.
I suggested that I do not want the increase in billing and am ready to pay upfront for phone to reduce monthly increase.
i was told that it will stay under $108 which is only a $10 increase-
what I wasn’t told is -
I will lose mobile hotspot
my bill will go up to $139
now every month for I call up. For the 5th they said it will fix from next bill cycle and back to $128 again

I know how important it is to have an accurate and predictable bill, Pchettrivz. I know I would be upset if my bill was higher than expected, and I lost a feature I used.
