I am looking for contact information for filing a complaint. I have been on both Chat and phone for the last 3 days concerning my account and still no resolution. I am totally disgusted with your customer service, if you can even call it that with a straight face.

There are email links in most of the Executive staff. It will however give you Executive escalations at Verizon.
