I recently cut off a line completely unaware that I couldn't just continue making payments on the device. Now all of a sudden I have a bill I can't afford to pay, even if I make a payment arrangement. Tried to call support but I'm not paying 10 dollars to talk to someone to ask a question about this. If I reconnect a line with said phone, could I continue to pay off the device?
Hello, Walltr, thanks for reaching out in reference to your payment agreement! To make sure we're on the same page, when did the bill showing the charge for the balance come out? When looking at the number that was disconnected, did this number port out or did you reach out to have Customer Service disconnect service? Would you be looking to reconnect the same number?
