Based on the number of threads/comments which have cropped up lately about this, wondering if there's an IT issue with the Verizon server which handles the bill payments. Sure hope that gets resolved ASAP since customers paying their bills is sort of important. 😉
If dialing #PMT on your phone isn't working either, you can pay your bill in person at a corporate (not 3rd party) Verizon store.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
