Phone purchase experience

  • My family bought 3 phones over a year ago and none of the promotions or trade-ins have been applied to pur bill yet.  Countless hours in the store and on the phone trying to figure it out. Verizon refuses to honor their deals and we're stuck paying full price.  Absolutely the worst business I've ever dealt with!!!

It's been over a year, countless hours in the store and countless hours on the phone.  Verizon had no interested in helping and they lied to us repeatedly about taking care of the problem.  It's finally been fixed!!!  The people on this forum met with me in private chat rooms and got it taken care of (and were easy to work with)!  Thank you so much!!!
