I was on a old plan that I have had for 8 years and there was a glitch in the Verizon system I was told which shut our phones down I have always paid my bill on time my phone's came back to working again after I called Verizon and they had to reactivate everything for some reason I have my same numbers but they told me that I couldn't have my plan back which I paid $80 a month for four lines they said they can put me on a similar plan but the lowest plan that they said I could be put on I had to pay over $160 a month which is double for the same amount of usage they won't compensate me for it they never call me back when they say they're going to call me back I have been told that they would compensate me for it with an agreed amount and then no follow-through happens what am I supposed to do now just deal with it and pay more or be forced to pay more if I keep the phone service. An update I switched three lines to postpaid now and I have one line on a prepaid line and I'm closer to the amount I'm paying but still not right and nobody is calling me back I have been hung up on numerous times I don't know if it's by accident or they can't do anything about it so they just put on quote accidentally hang out any advice from anybody can they just change your phone lines without telling you or force you to change it and not compensate you for it
