Playmore plan but still getting app charges.

I’ve had the 5G Playmore plan since I purchased my phone in 2021. The plan includes Disney/Hulu and AppleArcade. However, since May 2023 I’ve been charged for AppleArcade, and since December 2023 I’ve been charged for Disney/Hulu.

According to the current listing for this plan, I should NOT be charged for these so long as I remain on the same plan - which I have.

Why am I now being charged for these? And who can help me fix this quickly?!
