Poor and inept customer service

Anyone else having major problems ordering iphones via Verizon?  We have had 5 different customer reps give us a different story, making errors on billing addresses, payment, and delivery questions. We even had one supervisor hang up on us.  This is a poor reflection on this company.  We are beyond disappointed.  Most of our interactions have been over weekends.  Total frustration. Wish we had switched to AT&T
