I called the 1800 line to request some help and resolution. I have been with Verizon for 8 years now!! I waited 1 hr and was transferred without explanation like 3 times. 1 hour wasted because they couldn’t help me! No answer to my questions or resolutions. I am rethinking if it is worth it to be paying them for my 3 lines!
