I have POA for Uncle and need to set up automatic bill pay. I don't have his pin and he doesn't know it. I've called multiple times and just get sent in circles. He has dementia and is unable to answer your questions. I'm not in the same location. We have cell phone, home phone and Internet and no one will allow to pay you. My POA is on file with you already. Please help this is so frustrating.
