Prepaid Visa

 I called to check the status of the $300 prepaid Visa card and the representative said that there was nothing on my account about the prepaid visa and that she would have to re-order it. She could not give any time frame as to when it would be sent out. I have not received any emails regarding the status either. I am a little concerned after reading about the difficulties that other people have had receiving the card. Is there any way to check the status? I have never received an order number or anything like that.

On a side note, the representative was less than helpful and was busy eating and burping in my ear during the call. I have never had such terrible customer service.
