I switched from Optimum to Verizon Fios a few months ago. I did the test drive to determine which tv package was best. When I was finished , a Verizon representative suggested that the most tv package was best for me and that the bill would not change. In one month, the bill was increased $44 per month, about a 20% increase on my entire bill for internet, phone and tv. I called to reduce my service to my tv where I pick 5 favorite channels. 2 of my 5 picks are not working and I learned that I can only fix this after another month, however, I can upgrade service anytime. I was very happy when I initially switched to Verizon but I now feel that these providers are all the same. 3 months of service is too soon to be increased by 20% I am now searching for another provider.
