How is it legal to change my contracted plan when it is for 2 years? I am not allowed to change it  atanytime, so what gives you the right for the change? Wouldn't this be called breach of contract? 

If you have the right to change out contract I would like to change the contact also. Cancel with no penalties since you breached our contract.
