Good afternoon,
I recently signed up for a Verizon FiOS service that is eligible for a $200 visa prepaid card. I was sent an email link to redeem the card but it just takes me to my account dashboard, with no option to redeem. I've contacted support multiple times with no luck in resolving the issue.
Any assistance with this would be appreciated!
