Thank you, I would like to get this resolved for both of us. Please have someone give me a few times and dates that I can speak to someone and get all my issues resolved. If I need the new router you sent I'll install it? I am pretty smart about this stuff. I have TVs on the wall and the equimpent and controls are in one unit on another floor. When I was Director of Custom installation for {edited for privacy} audio video I recommened FIOS to everyone. Hell I even did Mr. Mustafa's home who's company designed the back bone of FiOS. Where he lives it is not un common to have more than 7 boxs he told me the study that Verizon did , most accounts only have 1.5 Tvs and boxs so they thought they were fine.
