Problem with adding funds to my prepaid plan

I missed a payment and have to add funds to reactivate my account. Whenever i try to link my debit card with my account and send the money, the sms i am supposed to receive to confirm my payment just says 'unable to receive sms due to device restrictions or insufficient funds'. My debit card has the required funds and mobile restrictions aren't there. What do I even do in this situation

If your service was cancelled, you might have to sign up for a completely new prepaid account as if you'd never been a customer; not sure about that. Try calling Prepaid CS to ask:
