Problem with service.

I went yesterday 1/6/2014 to a Fios center to exchanged a digital adapter for a HD set-top box. When I got home I install the set-top box and that when I noticed they cancelled my Showtime subscription. I had Showtime included in my bundle for $0.00 and it had been working fine until I did the exchanged. I called the support center and I was told that they had to write up a ticket and that it should be corrected within 24 hrs. So now it's been more that 24 hrs. and no change yet. In the past, whenever they say they are writing a ticket it means "we are going to do nothing and we will not contact you about it." I want my bundle back the way I had it, including Showtime.
