I have been having issues with the Verizon website since 12/28. I have called both customer service and tech support. Both of which have told me that they can not help me but have had other similar calls in the last few days.
Here's the specific problem:
I ordered a new 500gb DVR. On 12/28 I received an email that it was available and steps to follow. However when I click on the icon and sign into verizon website, it always gets stuck on "please wait while we retrieve your records". This has been going on for days now. The email offers no contact number in case of issues and all verizon numbers I call offer no help other than to say I'm not the only one having a problem. PLEASE ADVISE. I'd like to receive the equipment that is available to me.
