This past couple of months now I have been fighting with Verizon about the outrageous price of my service I am being asked to pay. I left my former service provider of 15+ yrs to join this and am not surprised of this outcome. For the past month now me and my wife have been researching all the social media sites Facebook, snapchat, tweeter amount others as well. Includes here as well. We have read many hundreds of similar articles and ads about the same issues. Over charging, not getting promotional price, getting different answers or not getting anywhere with customer service provider. This is a issue that has been going on forever. And will continue till we stop it. I mean who wants to pay $700 dollars for a couple of months of service. And we all know that it's happening to many of us. The fees, the penalties or the well it takes several billing cycles to kick in nonsense.
