Promo credit still not applied after 7 months

This issue has been ongoing since February. The MyVerizon app offered me a promo to trade in my two iPhone 11s for $800 credit each. I called customer service to walk me through this process to make sure I did it correctly and it all went smoothly, or so I thought. They got my ups labels to me by email and confirmed receipt in march. The agent said to wait 2 billing cycles to see the promo applied, so I waited. Nothing showed up. So I called again every month since then and one agent was able to โ€œrelease $500 for now and the other $300 would be given later.โ€ I was happy to see progress at the time but still no resolution. Every month after Iโ€™ve contacted customer service and was promised the rest would come. Itโ€™s now September and now Iโ€™m being told the MyVerizon app gave me the wrong promo because my iPhone 11 wasnโ€™t a high enough model to qualify for the full $800, hence the partial release of $500. Verizon, your own app which gave me the offer in the first place confirmed my trade ins qualified, thatโ€™s why I upgraded my two perfectly working phones. Iโ€™ve been your customer for many years and upgraded with you folks many times. This has never been an issue. Iโ€™m just about at my wits end already
