Between June and July, Verizon sent me over 100 emails, texts, and phone calls telling me to trade in my S21, online or in-store, and get a free S23, for being such a loyal customer.  Tired of the non-stop promos, I went in to do just that. Now, I find that they're charging me full price for the phone that should've been free, and only gave me $9.72 credit for my mint S21. There's a reason why you never see the same personnel working in their stores month to month. It's so you can never confront them about their mistakes. I'm leaving this company. Join me, won't you?
