When I signed up as a new customer I chose the Fire TV promotion. That was the beginning of June. I still have not been able to claim the promotion. Steps that have been taken. I called I was told I would get an email with a new code. The code provided is rejected by Amazon. I never got the code. Called again I was told it was too soon to wait. So I did. Called again I was told that a ticket was being put in. No email. Called again spoke to a supervisor and was told a ticket was being โescalatedโ. Never heard back. Posted here. My post was removed and I did a private chat. I was promised this would be resolved. I have heard nothing back. There is no way to redeem this promotion. There is no solution. Iโm angry. I could have chosen the free phone. Now Iโm paying for the phone and will not get my TV. Seems a bit funnyโฆ this needs to be resolved. Itโs not fair.
