Upgraded to iPhone 14 pro max 256 in October 2022 with trade-in promo of $800. Order wouldn’t process online or on verizon app so I called and made the order over the phone. Sent phone in with label in box. No credits after a couple billing cycles; it usually appears pretty quickly. According to customer service, device couldn’t be found. Long story short, seven or so calls and three months later, still no credits. Last call informed me device was received, and it was never lost. Informed me I would receive confirmation of credit applied within 48 hours. That was a more than a week ago. Sister wants to upgrade to new iPhone 14 pro max as well and continue service, but I’m afraid the same thing will happen again. Who do you contact to get this resolved? I’ve already spent a good amount of time calmly and patiently on the phone just to be seemingly lied to and given b s in return.
