Promotional Credit

I switch to Verizon bank on December 27, 2022.  Promotion was $1000 for each iPhone traded, $200 credit for each line and free Beats Buds as a new customer.  I purchased three iPhone 12's, 2 Apple Watches and an iPad.  I sent in three iPhones, 2 Apple Watches and an iPad for trade.  I received my $1000 trade credit for only 2 of my iPhones and the $200 credit plus the Beats Buds.  The 3rd iPhone was lost by Carrier and not given credit for.  I been talked to management since February 23rd on getting this corrected.  The first manager confirmed they physically received iPhone and would put me in for my $1000 trade credit, waited the 2-3 billing cycles and nothing done about it.  I called (and texted) and talked to another manager and he was going to verify and call me back within 2 days.  He noticed  that Verizon received trade ins devices with 2 labels for same iPhones instead of one that iPhone and other for the missing iPhone.  He told me it was their fault and would correct personally.  If he could not confirm receiving it he would give me a $800 promotion credit the another $200 for the difference. No call back or credit of course.  Finally I gave up and had to settle on $600 credit and eat the rest of the credit.  Can only put some may hours on phone with them(over 4 total at least) Now there is nothing on my account for that either.    I'll be switching Companies as soon as I can get enough portion to pay the termination fees and the payoff for  iPhones, Apple Watches and iPad.

Insanity: reaching out to Verizon Support and hoping for different results for 7 plus months


Had a customer representative reach out and lead me back to the SAME nonsense.  Must read from a script on what to say.  “Need more information “ “tell me more what happened “.  Apparently they don’t take notes on support issues for next person
