In November I decided to upgrade to the iPhone15, after a store associate said I was eligible for Verizon's trade-in promotion. Today I received an email stating that "Your device promotional credit has been removed from your account." This came after I sent my iPhone12 trade-in, which was in perfect working condition, following Verizon's instructions and packing materials.
Looking at my next bill, I see that Verizon is also assessing a "Promotion Chargeback" fee to recover the previous credits as if I did something wrong.
This is no way to treat a loyal Verizon customer of many years. I regret going to a local Verizon store and trusting a sales associate, who sold me on this promotion.

Did this get fixed. I am having the same problem. Just upgraded to the iPhone 16 and they did the same thing to us.
