I received an email around two weeks ago now stating that my promotional credit was going to be removed from my account because I updated my plan. I called Verizon and was assured that the credit would not be removed and that the email was sent in error and told to just ignore the email. My bill generated this morning and my credit was removed! I traded an iPhone that was completely paid off for this new phone just because of the credit that I would get. So Verizon now has my old phone and they removed my credit. I need a human to help me with this because when I call I keep getting looped back in the automated system because it doesnโt seem to understand what I am talking about.
We would love to help CRT 2005. What was the credit for? What plan were you on? What did you switch too?-Joe
