Promotions from Verizon are a misleading! Be ware!!
We got the VerizonWireless Promotion +play NFL Sunday Ticket email Selected Redeem went through all the required steps and the next day our card was charged $475.94. After spending 2hrs 47mins on the phone with customer service/ financial service we were told by "Ben" it was in fact Verizons fault but the best they could do was credit the accout not refund the money.
