Protection plan increase- no prior notice

Beware! On our most recent bill , the protection plan increased from $50 to $60. When I called to inquire, the representative admitted that there was no prior notice sent. Assume that their intention is that most people will not notice, and just pay it. Seems we are all paying the price for those irresponsible with their devices. Very poor business practice on the part of Verizon!
