Question about business accounts and emailed bills

Hello there,
we are a global company with a US branch, currently utilizing T-Mobile for our 5 US employees phone lines. However, T-Mobile has been unable to provide bills as PDFs via mail, what is needed for our finance department in the central office in Germany. We are seeking a new provider, and have considered Verizon as an option.
We have a few questions for ATT:
- Can we order new phone lines for new employees online with an online portal?
- Will we receive bills as PDFs via email? We aim to simplify our billing process and avoid logging into a portal for bill access.
