I went to a local store to add my husband to our family plan. The phone that we were given was a newer model so I asked what the total cost would be the next bill. I was told $50 more than my current plan. I also asked about the price of the phone and the associate said it was free with adding a new line. I asked for a receipt for the transaction and the associate seemed to have problems with the printer (red flag) and that he would send it in an email. I received a text today and my new bill is triple what I was quoted. I looked to the next month to see if the extra was activation costs, etc. and it was the same amount. I really want an explanation.
