Thank you soooooooooooooo much Verizon for not fixing my billing issues going back to July 2014.  I have never gone through such a ridiculous ordeal and am now very happy to be done with you forever.  I'm very excited about my $118 (all inclusive triple play) Comcast package.  I even have HBO!
