I took the allowed vacation suspension in service. When I had services restored, I was billed an extra $216 to restore!!!! What! No place is it written this would happen. No Verizon reps warned me of this!!! My normal bill is $166, now $384.
Im not getting any satifaction from customer service to resolve this ugly issue!
Can someone please tell me where to turn. I refuse to pay this bill!

This one is a stumper.
You could google your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission and call and see if they can assist you.
you could also contact your states Attorney Generals Office just google it.
the best thing to do is google Verizon account suspension of service faq’s and see what it says. Print it out just in case you have questions.
