Got the RSN rebate of $27.94 but also got charged $14.23 for RSN offset correction! What is that charge? Did anyone else get charged for this?

Apparently, the credit of amount of 27.94 was a mistake and they added the charge of 14.23 as a correction.

They are counting on the fact that the vast majority of Verizon customers don't even glance at their invoices.

As a Verizon stockholder and paying customer how can you give a sports credit for $27.94 last month and this month want back $14.23?Who's running this operation.Not a happy customer/stock holder
